Our production systems are suited to most types of non-baked food bars that are found in the market today. Formulations ranging from soft, high protein bars, multi-layer bars, to coarse ground fruit, grain and nut bars can be efficiently handled.

A new multi-layer extruding line has been added to our facility along with numerous pieces of robotic packaging equipment. Our new bulk powder and ingredient dispensing system also allows for larger daily throughput and production efficiency. These tools along with many other systems gained through experience lay the groundwork for cost savings though efficiency, product consistency and quality.

Enrobing with real chocolate, compound chocolate, yogurt or other coatings can easily be accomplished in-line. We are particularly proud of our real chocolate enrobing capabilities.
